Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology therapy to diverse patients, making real impacts on their communication and swallowing abilities
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that help patients regain independence and confidence
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and recovery journeys
Conduct thorough assessments and progress tracking to celebrate every milestone

Qualifications

Active SLP license in good standing
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology
Current BLS certification
Passionate about patient-centered care and therapy innovation

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
CCC-SLP certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong expertise in dysphagia management and speech disorders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building patient rapport
Proficiency in evidence-based therapy techniques
Adaptability in fast-paced hospital environments
