Shift Type: Evening 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday), 2 on call shifts per 28 days, block scheduling up to 4 consecutive shifts

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced Level 4 trauma ER handling 80-110 patients daily
Triage and manage diverse cases from chest pain and abdominal issues to respiratory distress and minor trauma
Administer conscious sedation and lead AMI management with sharp critical thinking
Collaborate with techs, paramedics, and RT for seamless patient support
Monitor tele strips and troubleshoot vents to ensure top-notch outcomes
Float between east and west ED for broad experience and team variety

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to submit
2+ years of solid ED experience
Demonstrated triage skills for those who shine in high-volume settings

Education

BSN preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in conscious sedation and AMI management
Strong critical thinking in dynamic environments
Proficiency reading tele strips and handling urgent cases
