Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging telepractice and in-person speech-language support to elementary students
• Support the SLP team by implementing therapy plans and documenting student progress
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication goals into the classroom
• Collect and maintain clear, timely data to track student gains
• Adapt activities to meet each child’s needs and keep sessions motivating
• Communicate professionally with families and school staff about student progress

Qualifications

• Active OR licensure (required)
• SLPA credential / certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Experience with school-based caseloads, especially elementary levels
• Comfortable and experienced with telepractice delivery
• Available to work Monday through Friday and follow the school calendar

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of school-based therapy practices
• Telepractice tools and remote session management
• Caseload organization and progress monitoring
• Clear communication with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for elementary students
• Familiarity with documentation standards used in schools
