Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide speech and language therapy to patients with communication disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive care
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify needs
Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Active California Speech Language Pathologist license
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience as an SLP
Ability to float to Mercy Medical Center Redding if needed

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in speech and language assessment and treatment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with electronic medical records
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
