Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Flexible 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; specific schedule determined upon interview

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiology and CT imaging procedures on diverse patient populations
Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment including OR, ER, and outpatient settings
Operate Philips CT scanners and C-arms for fluoroscopic and surgical imaging
Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams
Document patient information accurately in Cerner EMR system

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of radiology tech experience required; first-time travelers welcome
Active BLS, ARRT, and California Fluoroscopy certification required
CT experience mandatory; Level II trauma experience preferred
Proficiency with Cerner and Philips CT equipment preferred
Ability to hit the ground running in a self-starter environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in diagnostic radiology and CT imaging protocols
Adaptability to fast-paced, high-volume settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Competence with C-arm use in OR settings
