Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays, schedules released 4-6 weeks in advance

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population across multiple MS-Tele units in Zone 3
Float between facilities within a 60-mile radius, adapting quickly to new environments
Titrate heparin drips and monitor patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with charge nurses and leadership

Qualifications

Current RN license in Colorado or compact state (NLC required)
Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Ability to float across multiple facilities within a 60-mile zone
Comfortable with a Just-In-Time scheduling format

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and heparin titration
Excellent communication and adaptability in dynamic settings
Experience with cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, and other patient populations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
