Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform PET/CT scans with precision and care
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists to produce high-quality images
- Maintain equipment and adhere to radiation safety protocols
- Document patient history and procedure details accurately
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Valid California state license as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PET/CT preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in PET/CT imaging techniques and protocols
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
