Location: Kearney, Nebraska

Start Date: 06-13-2026

End Date: 09-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 7 days on, 7 days off: Thursday through Wednesday, evening/night shifts (6:30 PM or 7:30 PM start to 6:00 AM)

Hours per Week: 38

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality CT, X-ray, and MRI scans for Level II trauma patients
Operate imaging equipment following safety protocols and patient care standards
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostic images
Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout procedures
Assist in OR X-ray procedures as needed
Adhere to facility policies including artificial nail prohibition

Qualifications

Certification in CT and X-ray (required)
MRI certification preferred, with at least 2 years of MRI experience
Valid driver's license and ability to meet 50-mile radius requirement
BLS certification required
Ability to work flexible evening and night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in CT, X-ray, and MRI imaging techniques
Strong understanding of anatomy and positioning
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced trauma environment
Excellent communication and patient interaction skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records and PACS
