Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized speech therapy to patients in their homes
Assess communication and swallowing disorders to create tailored treatment plans
Collaborate with families and care teams to support patient progress
Document evaluations and progress to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Home health experience is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in adult and pediatric speech therapy
Ability to work independently in home settings
Knowledge of dysphagia management
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
