End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus rotating call coverage including weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons as directed during a wide range of procedures
Provide first-assist support across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, and more
Scrub in and maintain sterile technique throughout each case
Float between campuses as needed to support the OR team
Respond to call within 30 minutes to ensure continuous patient care

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Proven experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
RNFA certification and scrubbing experience
Comfortable with Cerner EMR documentation

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of robotic systems including DaVinci
Familiarity with a broad range of surgical procedures
Excellent sterile technique and OR protocols
Ability to adapt quickly to varying case lengths and needs
Effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
