Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with every other weekend requirement and standby as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to patients across med-tele units
Monitor and record vital signs to support patient well-being
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility needs
Support nursing staff with procedures such as PIV and foley removal
Float between St. Joseph Medical Center, St. Clare Hospital, and St. Elizabeth Hospital as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care

Qualifications

Active CNA certification required
Experience with vital signs and med-tele level of care
Ability to work 36 hours per week on rotating shifts
Willingness to float to multiple facilities within the region
COVID vaccine required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of med-tele patient care
Ability to adapt quickly to different hospital units
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail when monitoring patient conditions
