Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 on-call for weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and inspire both Cath Lab and ICU teams to deliver exceptional patient care
Oversee pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside support with moderate sedation expertise
Build a positive unit culture that empowers nurses and enhances clinical competency
Coordinate care for cardiac, vascular, and critical care patients across both departments
Mentor staff while managing staffing, floating assignments, and daily operations
Ensure safe titration of vasoactive drips and advanced monitoring for ICU patients

Qualifications

Active RN license with ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Minimum 3 years of RN experience including 1 year in management or clinical leadership
Strong background in critical care, telemetry, and vasoactive drip management
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support
Excellent communication and team-building skills

Critical care and telemetry monitoring
Vasoactive drip titration and moderate sedation
Cardiac, vascular, EP, and IR procedures
