Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatments in an outpatient setting
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and varied diagnoses
Manage a caseload of 45-minute sessions while maintaining excellent patient outcomes
Collaborate with PTAs and rehab aides to deliver comprehensive care
Build lasting relationships with patients in a small community rehab environment

Qualifications

Current Colorado PT license or Compact license required
BLS certification through American Heart Association
Strong clinical skills in outpatient physical therapy
Excellent communication and patient management abilities

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient physical therapy expertise
Orthopedic rehabilitation experience
Patient evaluation and treatment planning
Time management for 45-minute one-on-one sessions
Building rapport with diverse patient populations
