Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a one-hour lunch break. Saturday shifts are inpatient only and typically last about 2.5 hours

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to help patients regain mobility and strength
Provide focused inpatient therapy services on Saturdays to support recovery
Collaborate with healthcare teams to create personalized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Document progress and adjust care plans to achieve the best outcomes

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapist license in California
Strong clinical skills in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient rehabilitation techniques
Inpatient therapy protocols
Patient assessment and treatment planning
Effective documentation practices
Team collaboration
