Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain their voice and communication skills through personalized therapy plans
Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language challenges
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
Design and implement innovative treatment strategies that make real differences
Track progress and celebrate milestones with patients and families

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in good standing
2+ years of clinical experience in SLP therapy
CCC-SLP certification preferred
BLS certification required
Strong passion for helping patients find their voice

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in dysphagia and swallowing disorders
Proficiency in augmentative communication devices
Excellent patient assessment and documentation skills
Compassionate bedside manner with all ages
