Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality speech-language evaluation and individualized treatment for skilled nursing facility residents
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and care staff to create cohesive care plans that improve patient outcomes
• Document thoroughly and timely in accordance with facility and CRG policies and procedures
• Meet productivity expectations and contribute to a positive therapy team culture
• Maintain professional appearance and facility dress code (black scrubs) while representing the facility

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional SLP experience (as noted in the job posting)
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Mexico or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred (if applicable)
• Experience working in skilled nursing or post-acute settings is highly desirable
• Ability to follow CRG policies & procedures and meet productivity requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred (or as required for state licensure)
• Education/licensure aligned with New Mexico state requirements

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in assessment and treatment planning for adult/geriatric populations
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with SNF workflows
• Excellent communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to meet productivity expectations while delivering patient-centered care
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced rehab environment and adapting to resident needs
