Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language pathology evaluations and individualized treatment plans for SNF residents
• Assess and treat patients with dysphagia, cognitive-communication and speech disorders
• Document thoroughly and maintain productivity standards in line with CRG policies
• Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy colleagues, and families to support resident goals
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, resident-centered rehab culture
• Adhere to facility dress code (black scrubs) and on-site presence requirements

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical SLP experience preferred
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent (required)
• State SLP license or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential preferred
• Comfortable working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Strong documentation skills and ability to meet productivity expectations
• Reliable, professional presence onsite to receive guaranteed hours

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in dysphagia evaluation and management
• Experience with cognitive-communication and speech therapy in older adults
• Familiarity with SNF workflows and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Clear clinical documentation and outcome tracking
• Good communication skills with residents, families, and staff
• Ability to follow facility and company policies (CRG P & P)
