Shift Type: 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 10 and 12 hour shifts with call required, department staffed 24/7 including weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate and scrub in high-acuity OR cases making a real difference in patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a 23-bed unit handling complex surgeries
Master cutting-edge procedures in orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics and trauma
Ensure seamless patient care with 1:1 ratios in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma environment
Utilize Meditech EMR to deliver precise, life-saving interventions every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of OR experience
Must-have expertise in orthopedics, neuro/spine, robotics, plastics and trauma
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready to rock ceil blue or royal blue scrubs
Team player who excels in high-pressure surgical settings

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in orthopedic trauma, total joints and revisions
Skilled in neuro/spine and robotic surgeries across gyn, colorectal, thoracic and urology
Experienced with plastics and Level 1 trauma cases
Comfortable with Meditech EMR and OR equipment
Strong sterile technique and patient safety focus
