Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, full time with 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate patient-centered care on busy Ortho and Med Surg units
Manage patient loads with ratios around 6:1 while prioritizing teamwork
Collaborate with PCTs, SNEs and unit secretaries for seamless unit operations
Document accurately using Meditech system to ensure top-quality records
Float to inpatient units, CCU and ED as needed to support hospital-wide care
Perform or assist with bedside procedures alongside dedicated physicians

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
BLS certification required
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player ready to manage patient loads effectively

Education

RN licensure from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Med Surg expertise with Ortho experience a plus
Proficiency in Meditech documentation
Patient-centered care mindset
Teamwork and task management in fast-paced environments
