Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to ICU patients with compassion and skill
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Advocate fiercely for patients during their toughest moments
Implement life-saving interventions with precision

Qualifications

Active RN license in Louisiana
ICU experience preferred to hit the ground running
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Passionate about critical care nursing

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring
Ventilator management and titration
Strong assessment and prioritization skills
Excellent communication in high-stress environments
