Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-stakes emergency care to 21-bed unit patients with 4:1 ratios
Perform standard ER procedures using cutting-edge equipment like brand new GE monitors and ultrasound
Collaborate with unit secretary support in a fast-paced environment
Document accurately in Meditech system to ensure seamless patient care
Float as needed to FSER site, expanding your impact

Qualifications

Active RN license with 2+ years of ER experience
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC and ENPC preferred for advanced trauma skills
Ready to thrive in a dynamic 21-bed ER

Education

RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in standard ER procedures and equipment
Proficiency with Meditech documentation
Strong trauma assessment with TNCC/ENPC
Team player comfortable with 4:1 ratios
