Roles & Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and critical thinking to deliver exceptional patient care in collaboration with your interdisciplinary team
• Perform thorough assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations to make a real difference
• Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering to the highest standards
• Develop and execute personalized patient care plans that truly meet individual needs
• Educate patients and families with clarity and compassion, empowering them on their journey
• Champion performance improvement and shared governance to elevate department excellence
• Leverage your expertise to support patient safety, resolve challenges, and guide others

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification
• Current Wisconsin or Compact RN licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Successful completion of EKG test and NIHSS certification

• Strong critical care background with 3 years RN experience including 1 year critical care
