Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Day 4x10-Hour

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy with precision and care
Manage central lines, ports, and infusions to support patient recovery
Monitor for oncologic emergencies and respond swiftly to keep patients safe
Provide symptom management for nausea, pain, and neuropathy with compassion
Educate patients and families on treatments and self-care for empowered healing
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in a vibrant outpatient oncology setting

Qualifications

Active CA RN License required
BLS from AHA or ARC certification
ONS/ONCC certification, OCN preferred
EPIC charting experience essential
First-time travelers welcome to join the adventure

Education

RN licensure with 2+ years experience in outpatient oncology preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient oncology and infusion therapy
Skilled in chemotherapy administration and spill management
Proficient with ports, PICC lines, and central line care
Knowledge of biotherapy, antifungals, and pain management
Strong phlebotomy, neutropenic precautions, and wound care abilities
Patient/family education and psychosocial support
