Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night 3x12-Hour, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, weekdays and some weekends, rotating holidays, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor and manage telemetry for critically stable patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Initiate IVs and administer medications including cardiac drips and heparin protocols with precision
Interpret dysrhythmias and respond swiftly to emergencies, showcasing your sharp clinical instincts
Care for central and peripheral lines while supporting high flow nasal cannula therapies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver top-notch care across PCU and stepdown units
Float to equivalent units as needed, expanding your impact throughout the facility

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
BLS and ACLS certifications required
EPIC charting experience to hit the ground running
Previous travel experience preferred for seamless adventures

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in PCU/Stepdown and telemetry monitoring
Proficient in IV starts, phlebotomy, and line management
Skilled in heparin protocols, cardiac drips without titration, and IV insulin protocols
Strong in dysrhythmia interpretation and high flow nasal cannula care
