Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a dedicated clinic team to boost patient access and experience
Optimize schedules, referrals, and workflows to cut wait times and enhance care delivery
Champion safety, quality metrics, and regulatory readiness in the ambulatory setting
Recruit, orient, and develop staff while overseeing competencies and certifications
Drive continuous improvement through data monitoring and staff engagement
Foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and service excellence

Qualifications

Active RN license in Alaska or ability to obtain within 6 months
BLS certification
Clinical Competency required within 3 months
Manager Competency required within 3 months
5+ years varied RN experience including 1 year in ambulatory care
2+ years supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare

Education

Associate's degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree preferred

Clinical assessment and technical skills with medical equipment
