Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver specialized care to tiny miracles in a Level III NICU, making a real difference from day one
Masterfully manage ventilators and respiratory support to help neonates breathe easier
Administer critical medications like vasopressors and surfactants with precision and care
Handle advanced procedures including arterial lines, central lines, and umbilical catheters confidently
Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams using SBAR for top-notch communication
Document accurately in EPIC while supporting families through every step

Qualifications

At least 1 year of NICU experience, ideally in Level III or IV settings
Active BLS and NRP certifications
Comfortable with 1:2-3 patient ratios in a fast-paced environment

Education

RN license required; BSN preferred for this specialized role

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in neonatal care for preemies under 24-28 weeks
Proficient in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, and ventilator management
Skilled in feedings, tube placements, isolation precautions, and neonatal abstinence syndrome interventions
