Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the Physical Therapy Department with inspiring leadership and staff supervision
Deliver hands-on patient care using innovative therapies like heat, cold, manual therapy, hydrotherapy, exercise, and electrical stimulation
Develop customized therapy programs in collaboration with physicians to drive patient recovery
Monitor patient progress, modify treatments as needed, and consult on long-term care plans
Train and supervise staff, students, and even teach families home exercises for lasting impact
Manage department budget, order supplies, schedule patients, and prepare insightful progress reports
Champion quality improvement and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct

Qualifications

Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited school
Current Washington State Physical Therapy License
BLS certification
Five years of practical physical therapy experience
Three years of management experience in a Rehab Therapy department

Education

Graduation from a School of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association

Knowledge & Skills

Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities
Expertise in patient care and therapy program administration
Advanced language skills for reports, presentations, and patient communication
Mathematical proficiency with statistics, probabilities, and practical applications
Exceptional reasoning to solve complex problems and interpret diverse instructions
