Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Days with Rotating weekend coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and design personalized treatment programs to restore patient function and independence
Administer skilled therapy techniques like ultrasound and manual testing to relieve pain and boost mobility
Supervise PTAs and collaborate with the rehab team for outstanding clinical outcomes
Set meaningful short and long-term goals with patients and families for real progress
Document care accurately and ensure patient safety in every interaction
Participate in performance improvement to elevate care standards

Qualifications

Current Illinois Physical Therapist License
Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of Physical Therapy experience preferred
APTA Membership preferred

Education

Current Professional Licensure Required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills for building patient trust
