Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, rotate weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to bone marrow transplant patients making a real difference in their recovery
Administer chemotherapy with precision and compassion
Monitor telemetry and titrate drips to ensure patient stability
Collaborate with a welcoming team on a cutting-edge 40-bed unit
Perform safety rounds and bedside shift reports to enhance patient experience
Utilize lift assist devices and advanced bedside technology for optimal care

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of experience
Oncology and PCU level of care experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
ONS chemo certification needed
BMT experience preferred to hit the ground running

Education

RN degree from accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in reading telemetry and drip titration
Competent chemotherapy administration
Excellent patient assessment skills
Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
Proficiency with bedside monitors and lift assist devices
