Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with 2 weekends per pay period requirement

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert care in a high-acuity Burn/Trauma ICU saving lives every shift
Manage wound care, respond to codes, handle EVDs and MTP protocols with precision
Collaborate with a dynamic team of 85 staff across 30 beds using cutting-edge critical care tech
Monitor and support 2:1 patient ratios in ICU making real impact on trauma and burn patients

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to hit the ground running
At least 1 year of experience, preferably in Trauma, Burn or Surgical ICU
Strong communication and critical thinking skills to thrive in fast-paced environment
Team player who asks questions and jumps in to help others

Education

BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Trauma ICU, Burn ICU and Surgical ICU expertise
Proficiency with critical care equipment and Meditech EMR
Wound care, code response, EVDs and MTP procedures
Excellent communication and critical thinking under pressure
