Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts - Days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or Nights: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Holiday and Weekend Rotation Required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to patients requiring Medical Step-Down level support
Monitor and assess patient conditions with precision and empathy
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Advocate for patients ensuring their needs are met holistically

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of experience
Current BLS from American Heart Association
Current ACLS from American Heart Association

Education

BSN preferred
Certification in Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in Medical Step-Down patient care
Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
