Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM with weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to newborns in a 40-bed nursery
Monitor and assess tiny patients with 1:5-1:6 ratios
Assist with procedures like circumcisions
Collaborate with a dedicated team of RNs and support staff
Utilize cutting-edge EMR systems CPN and Meditech
Contribute to a top-rated maternity unit making real differences

Qualifications

Active RN license
1 year of Newborn Nursery or NICU experience required
Greater than 2 years experience preferred
BLS certification
Team player ready for a fast-paced environment

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Newborn assessment and care expertise
Multi-tasking in a dynamic unit
Quick adaptability to changing priorities
Proficiency with CPN and Meditech EMR
Strong teamwork and communication skills
