Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert critical care to cardiovascular ICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes, showcasing your clinical expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
Advocate for patients and families during challenging times
Maintain detailed records to ensure seamless continuity of care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of ICU experience, preferably in CVICU
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
Expertise with cardiac drips, IABPs, and Impellas
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
