Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate seamlessly with RN case managers to deliver exceptional patient care
Masterfully document patient progress using CERNER and post-acute systems
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and teams to build lasting trust
nimbly shift between multiple tasks while maintaining top-notch attention to detail
Float where needed to support the hospital's mission of outstanding care

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
2+ years of nursing experience, ideally in case management
Strong foundation in patient advocacy and coordination

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expert documentation skills in electronic health records
Outstanding communication with diverse teams and families
Proven ability to multitask under pressure
Talent for building trust and rapport quickly
