Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures to ensure seamless operations
Prepare operating rooms with precision and efficiency
Maintain sterile fields and equipment for patient safety
Anticipate needs in the OR to keep surgeries running smoothly
Support the team in delivering exceptional surgical care

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
Current BLS certification
Experience in surgical settings preferred
Ability to pass competency testing and skills checklists

Education

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical procedures and instrumentation
Sterile technique and infection control practices
Team collaboration in fast-paced OR environments
Attention to detail for optimal patient outcomes
