Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy to help patients regain mobility and independence
Develop personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in lives
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery strategies
Track progress and adjust therapies to ensure the best results

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
BLS certification preferred
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
State licensure as a Physical Therapist

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and empathy with diverse patients
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises and modalities
Adaptability in a fast-paced hospital environment
