Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during critical moments
Oversee patient care in the high-stakes world of neonatal intensive care
Mentor and support fellow nurses to deliver exceptional outcomes
Coordinate seamless shifts ensuring every tiny patient thrives
Champion safety and best practices in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
BLS certification
DCI/BVP certification
NICU experience and proven leadership skills
Passed Prime Core Competencies Exam, Skills Checklist, and Specialty Exam

Education

RN degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expert NICU nursing knowledge
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
Proficiency in neonatal critical care protocols
