Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 8:30 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Masterfully compound and dispense medications using DoseEdge to ensure patient safety
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize inpatient pharmaceutical care
Monitor drug therapies and make critical adjustments for better outcomes
Manage high-volume pharmacy operations in a bustling 600-bed facility
Utilize Meditech EMR to maintain accurate records and streamline workflows

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist license with at least 1 year of experience
Proven hands-on experience with DoseEdge (must-have skill)
Background in Pyxis ES and Meditech preferred
Thrives in fast-paced environments and hates being bored

Education

PharmD or equivalent from accredited pharmacy program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in DoseEdge pharmacy automation
Proficiency with Pyxis ES and Meditech systems
Strong inpatient pharmacy operations knowledge
Excellent attention to detail in high-census settings
