Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver total care to critically ill patients making a real difference
Titrating drips with precision and confidence
Manage ventilator patients ensuring stable breathing
Provide BiPAP support and monitor closely
Perform turning, dressing changes and trach care compassionately
Collaborate with physicians and team for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas
1+ year of ICU experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Compassionate team player with great physician rapport

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong ICU nursing and critical care expertise
Ventilator management and BiPAP proficiency
Drip titration mastery
Familiarity with CRRT and transplant care (kidney, pancreas, liver)
Comfortable with A-line, Flow-trak and IV pumps
