Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver expert respiratory treatments and evaluations for patients battling insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema
Manage advanced ventilators like Servo I, Hamilton, and V60 machines to optimize patient breathing
Perform critical procedures including ABGs, CPT, nebulizers, and CPAP/BIPAP therapies
Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a fast-paced 437-bed facility handling 44-46 procedures per shift
Contribute to life-saving care in a Joint Commission-accredited stroke center with heart attack excellence

Qualifications

Active RRT licensure
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience
Ready to rock light grey scrubs as the dress code

Education

Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or equivalent, with RRT credentialing

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Meditech EMR - a big plus from the director
Trauma experience highly preferred
Skilled in Servo I ventilators, Hamilton ventilators, V60, Astral CPAP/BIPAP, ABGs, and CPT
Critical thinker with patient care focus and team player spirit
