Shift Type: Day shift, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with required on-call weekdays and weekends

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Circulate in high-stakes cardiovascular surgeries, making every moment count
Collaborate with surgeons and teams across robotics, ortho, gyn and more
Deliver exceptional 1:1 patient care in a fast-paced 14-room OR
Respond swiftly to on-call needs with a 30-minute turnaround
Contribute to daily huddles and unit flow for seamless operations

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS certification
At least 2 years of OR circulating experience in an acute care hospital
CVOR experience plus skills in general surgery, ENT, uro/gyn, ortho and robotics
Flexible personality thriving in fast-paced, changing environments

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in heavy robotics, vascular, colorectal and urology procedures
Proficiency with Meditech ORM EMR system
Strong team collaboration in multi-disciplinary OR settings
Quick adaptability to varied surgical cases and on-call demands
