Shift Type: 11:00 AM - 11:30 PM, 36 hours per week, every other weekend rotation

Candidate Pay Rate: $68 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to emergency patients, making split-second decisions that save lives
Assess and triage incoming cases with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier emergency treatment
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
Educate patients and families during high-stress moments

Qualifications

Active RN license with emergency department experience
BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required
Recent ED RN skills checklist and competency testing
Commitment to patient safety and rapid response

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)
Current state RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in emergency triage and trauma care
Proficiency with life-saving interventions and equipment
Strong communication in high-pressure environments
Adaptability to fast-paced, unpredictable shifts
