Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to med/surg tele patients, making a real difference in their recovery
Monitor telemetry for early detection and swift action
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
Advocate fiercely for patients, ensuring their voices are heard
Educate patients and families with compassion and clarity

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of recent med/surg tele experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong telemetry skills and a passion for patient care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in cardiac rhythm interpretation
Proficiency with med/surg protocols
Excellent communication and critical thinking
Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments
