Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM with variable on-call including nights, weekdays, and weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced 8-OR suite handling everything from orthopedics to cardiac procedures
Collaborate seamlessly with charge RNs, CSTs, anesthesia teams, and service line leaders
Respond swiftly to on-call needs within 30 minutes to make a real difference
Utilize cutting-edge equipment like Belmont rapid infusion systems
Prioritize patient safety with 1:1 ratios during critical procedures

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 2 years of experience
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of acute care hospital experience
Ready to jump into multiple service lines including ortho, ENT, urology, spine, and more

Education

RN licensure from an accredited nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with Meditech EMR
Experience across diverse procedures like transplants and spine cases is a plus
Strong teamwork mindset with providers and staff
Patient-centered approach that puts care first
