Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient condition to ensure safe, high-quality care
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Document patient care clearly and promptly in the medical record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
Provide compassionate patient and family education and support
Respond to patient needs and changes in condition during overnight shifts

Qualifications

Current active Registered Nurse license (Maine license or compact where applicable)
Current BLS certification from an accredited provider
Comfort and experience working overnight 12-hour shifts
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Previous experience in long-term care or similar clinical settings preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN, ADN, or BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and documentation
Basic life support and emergency response
Infection control best practices
Clear communication with patients, families, and clinical teams
Proficiency with electronic medical records and charting
