Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care with clinical accuracy
Perform thorough assessments, document findings, and communicate changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and follow care plans
Educate patients and families to support recovery and informed decision-making
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and uphold patient confidentiality

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) credential
Active licensure to practice as an RN (state licensure requirements apply)
Clinical experience in a relevant care setting preferred
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

Nursing diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and monitoring
Medication administration and safety
Electronic health record documentation
Care planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
Infection control and patient safety practices
Time management and prioritization in a clinical environment
