Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the nursing team
• Support safe transfers and use of assistive devices to prevent falls
• Assist with feeding and basic ADLs while respecting patient dignity
• Communicate clearly with nurses and families to ensure excellent continuity of care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Current basic life support (BLS) or CPR certification preferred
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (if applicable)
• Comfort working overnight 12-hour shifts and in fast-paced settings
• Strong bedside manner and ability to work collaboratively with clinical teams

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program and active certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient safety and fall prevention best practices
• Vital signs measurement and documentation
• Basic ADL support (bathing, toileting, feeding, mobility)
• Effective communication with patients, families, and staff
• Basic infection control and PPE usage
• Time management and ability to prioritize during busy shifts
