Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and perform thorough assessments during assigned shifts
Administer medications and treatments accurately while documenting patient responses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, effective care
Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up needs
Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and quality standards

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state requirements apply)
Clinical experience as an RN, with per diem or acute care experience preferred
MST experience or training as indicated in the job title
Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred where applicable
Strong communication skills, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Medication administration and IV therapy knowledge
Accurate electronic medical record documentation
Patient education and discharge planning
Collaborative teamwork and clear communication
