Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care during overnight shifts
Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings clearly
Administer medications and treatments safely and according to protocol
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective care plans
Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately
Educate patients and families with clear, compassionate communication
Maintain accurate charting in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
BLS certification required; ACLS or PALS preferred where applicable
Prior experience in acute care or medical-surgical settings preferred
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently on night shifts
Ability to pass background checks and required health screenings

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles
Comfortable with IV therapy, medication administration, and wound care
Proficient with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Excellent assessment, critical thinking, and prioritization skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments
