Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for Med/Surg patients
Assess patient condition and implement individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Document clinical findings, interventions, and patient responses clearly
Monitor patients for changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly
Participate in discharge planning and patient education to support recovery

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing; NH licensure or ability to obtain NH license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Med/Surg experience preferred and valued
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
Professional, reliable, and a team player who communicates effectively

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in Med/Surg nursing assessments and interventions
Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy
Comfortable with patient monitoring and responding to acute changes
Experience with clinical documentation and electronic medical records
Good time management, prioritization, and patient education abilities
